w00tage. Today I went out and bought this DVD called 'Green Day - Pogo Paradise'. o______________O Pogo Paradise, yes. It's from 2002, but meh. It says it's filled with 'unseen film footage' and ''insider revelation' on the band members'. I got it at HMV for $29.99. $30.00 for the DVD! Gosh darnit, and it's only 1 hour long. Hopefully it will be worth it. The uber seminess:

Also, my mom and brothers took this chicken testing thing. o___O Yeah, they had to help this woman fill out a questionairre for the project. See, I didn't eat any of the chicken because I'm paranoid and also the fact that the office was loacted right beside the bathrooms [I mean right beside] didn't help either. So now my mom is claiming she has a stomach ache. xD

Today was my last day of school ;__;. It's my eightth year, so all my friends and i are going off to different schools and crap and won't be able to see eachother anymore.

But, to get away from all of that, i'm going to talk about my graduation. It was pretty boring -- at the ceremony, we got our diplomas, blah, blah, blah. And the after-dinner was OK. The food tasted like crap, and most of the music was bad. Hence the word most. The DJ ended up playing American Idiot and Good Riddance. You should've seen me. @_@ I went wild, and my friends werea ll laughing at me. I literally screamed at the top of my lungs, "IT'S GREEN DAY!" My friend took a video of me dancing. She's going to send it to me. o_0

The music player is finally filled with songs that work again! Took me over an hour to find all of the songs. Thanks to dogpile.com so very much for all the mp3's, with a little help from mp3int.com as well. I've added a some songs from the new CD, as well as from older ones. Also, i added in a Boulevard of Broken Dreams Remix, featuring Oasis and Travis as well.

Plus I also added in another User Lookup, a Billie Joe version featuring Boulevard Of Broken Dreams.

The results of last nights Much Music Video Awards were a sucess. Green Day picked up the award for People's Choice Favourite International Group. I KNEW US CANADIANS HAD IT IN US! Sadly though, they lost to The Killers for Best International Video - Group.

Also during that night, Fefe Dobson quoted (when asked who her dream tour mates would be): "...The Donnas, Green Day (huge cheers), and My Chemical Romance." We know you would, Fefe.

Nothing much is new - the site is finally starting to even off. The shop layouts aer doing well (even one of my Neofreinds x_browniesrme_x with one, which was pretty nice.) Also, i've been making guild layouts (check mine out here,and please join if you don't have one yet), and most recently, user lookups (green_day_luver_13 wouldn't stop bugging me about making her one!). Maybe i'll start making a whole batch of each and stick them up on the website... hmmm...

Alright, so i was wrong. Yes, the shop layouts are up -- finally. After almost 4 hours of vigorating pain and suffering, i've finally gotten them up. There are a whole bunch, so it doesn't matter if you're picky. I've placed them in order of CD (yes, the layouts go by the songs), but there are a few extra at the bottom with the band as well. And please, be patient. There are so many added onto that one page that it might take a few minutes to load. Hopefully it's worth the wait.

Also, since i don't want to post for the third time today, i'll add this audio clip from a Chiacgo radio staion. It's pretty damn interesting. Thank you to Green Day The Gods for that.

Green Day's episode of 'Driven' on VH1 will premeire on June 29th. Driven is the show where Green Day's friends and family talk about the band.

Also, i've added a new page, 'Tours'. I wanted to put this in for a long time, but i've never had the time. And yes, i'm still working on the headers. You don't know how frustrating they are! ARGGH! If they're off by a even a little bit, they look horrible.

The Neopets section really isn't getting anywhere. That's mainly because the alignment won't go right when i try to make the Shop Layouts/Blogs. I'll be working on my Neopets page a bit more, and probably put all the stuff there. Yeah. It'll be much easier for my part.

Alright, for starters, i've revamped the whole Links part of the site. I've used link buttons instead of word links, and i find it much more appealing. Also, because of the downloads i put out, i decided to add downloads to the Videos section, and you can check them out HERE. Also, in more Green Day news, HERE is an article about the tour van on sale by Net Music Countdown. The van is still at the bid of $50 000, and i think that's the highest it's going for. A few weeks ago, i was up late watching music videos. In one, the group Me First and the Gimme Gimmes video "I Believe I Can Fly" showed a bunch of people on stage singing. I thought a person in the audience was Mike Dirnt. Now i'm for sure he is, as posted on Green Day Videos. If you want to see it, download it HERE.

I'm sorry my nerds, but i will be unable to update this site for a few days, as i am going to Ottawa with my class (to see the Parliment buidlings -- oh joy). So, there will b no curretn updates until Friday night at the soonest.

Also, i was continuing to analyze commercials, and yesterday on MTV (ch.30 in Toronto) there was a trailer for Napoleon Dynamite. They started off with Green Day saying, "Dont want to be an American..." with Napoleon ending with his famous line, "...Idiot!"

*Reminder* Soemtimes when you go to the page, a screen doesn't turn out black, but green. This video will not function properly and you will have to refresh the page to view that video. Another one will turn green, but that's the price you gotta pay to see them!

As i was out and about today, i was looking at the newspaper racks to check out the Kerrang issue of Green Day, when from the corner of my eye i see the teenie magazines. What do i see on them? GREEN DAY! I look at M magazine, and there they are. I look at Teen People, there again. J14 and Cosmo Girl? There goddammit! What has this world come to? All these teenies are trying to get into Green Day's punk image. Thank goodness Green Day Authority doesn't post all of those magazines, because there would be too many to fit. Luckily though, many rock/punk magazines are still featuring them, which is good.

Also, today when i was listening to Mixx 99.9 on the radio, i heard a farmiliar tune -- the Welcome to Paradise theme song as an advertisement (I was too engrossed with the song to remember what they were trying to sell). It was really funny! I'll be out on the lookout for more GD tunes!

So, i was passing through a few sites, when i came across THIS article on PJstar.com about Green Day's 'younger crowds' and how 'normal-looking people' attend their concerts. I've been a fan since 2000, and yes, i agree that the fan base has changed slightly. But, should it matter who attends their concerts? I guess all the 'punks' who used to go figured they were turning too 'pop' on us...

Luckily though, to cheer me up, i read THIS article as well, about the concert at Van Andel Arena on May 7th. It was quite refreshing to read after the nonsense of the first one.
